Puff pastry, also known as pâte feuilletée, is a flaky light pastry made from a laminated dough composed of dough (détrempe) and butter. The butter is put inside the dough (or vice versa), making a pattern that is repeatedly folded and rolled out before baking.

Defrost product at room temperature for 1 hour or until defrosted. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Egg wash the product prior to baking. Place the product on a greased baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
DO NOT THAW AND REFREEZE. DO NOT BAKE FROM FROZEN.
