Buffalo Wings (Southern Styled)
Plain, chicken wings are used for Buffalo wings. It consists of the drumette and flat.
Sold per 500g or 1kg. Please choose your option via the dropdown list.
Heat from frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C; Remove product from packaging. Place portions on oven tray and heat for ±15 min.
Heat from frozen. Preheat oil to medium heat (±150°C). Oil should be deep enough to cover the portions. Fry for 10 mins, or until meat is heated through and golden brown. Drain excess oil with paper towel. *Cooking times are an indication and may vary according to cooking appliances.
Keep Frozen – Do not defrost. Keep product stored at -12°C. Do not refreeze product if defrosted
