Large Round Pie (Pastei)
This pastei (large pie) is handmade and filled with either A-grade steak or 100% chicken meat.
Serves 2-4 persons and is just smaller than a dinner plate.
Defrost at room temperature for about 1 hour. Egg wash the pie and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
