Large Rectangular Pie (Pastei)
1 pie rectangular in shape. Made with A-grade steak or 100% pure chicken fillets.
Size: 30 x 20cm and can serve 6 to 8 people. Weight: 1.3kg
For best results, defrost before baking. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Egg wash the pie and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes. Should the bottom still be unbaked, lower the pastei to your lowest oven rack and bake for another 5 minutes.
