If the product is still in a foil cup, remove whilst frozen by nicking edge of the cup and tearing down and around pudding. Heat in microwave for approximately 30 seconds (depending on the power of microwave) until soft and sauce has melted onto plate. Do not over-heat.
Defrost overnight in a refrigerator or at room temperature for 30 – 90 minutes. ONCE DEFROSTED, DO NOT REFREEZE.
