BELGICA CARAMEL TART – Golden sweet pastry lined with flavoured chocolate, filled with custard, fresh whipped cream and soft caramel then topped with crushed almond and coconut macaroons.
BLACK FOREST CAKE – German-inspired chocolate sponge cake, layered with sour cherries, chocolate flavoured mousse and cream filling, topped with fine chocolate flavoured shavings.
PASSIONATE LEMON CHEESECAKE – A heavenly match of passion fruit and lemon cheesecake layered over a golden ginger biscuit crumble base, topped with a delicious granadilla and lemon fruit coulis.
COOKIES & CREAM – Chocolate cookies made with dark roasted cocoa, chopped into a cream and white chocolate flavoured mousse and poured over a moist layer of Sacher-torte, garnished with cocoa cookie crumble.
SALTED CARAMEL BAKED CHEESECAKE – Decadent thick cream baked cheesecake on a golden oat biscuit base, topped with silky salted caramel.
DOUBLE DECKER – Layers of white and dark chocolate flavoured mousse on a base of moist Sacher-torte, finished with a bittersweet cocoa glaze and topped with fine chocolate flavoured shavings.

Handling Instructions:
Remove from the packaging and place on serving plate or platter while frozen, retaining the clear plastic collar around the dessert to protect while handling (where applicable). Defrost in a refrigerator overnight, or at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove the plastic collar just before serving (where applicable).
Return the left-over defrosted desserts to refrigerator and cover so that they stay moist.
Consume within 3 days.
